Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and guide them through the mortgage application process.
Work closely with clients to originate mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and best practices
Possession of required licenses and certifications, including NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze complex financial data, assess client needs, and provide appropriate mortgage solutions.
