They worked far and beyond to get my loan closed and funded!  I had started the process with a different company/lender and the experience was a disaster.  Knowing it wasn't gonna close - I googled for a second option and SPRINT FUNDING was on the Top 5 companies for the kind of loan I was applying to.   Joe Nutter responded on a Saturday and ever since worked diligently to make sure I was able to close on a loan + helped me save thousands of dollars on interest rates and closing fees.   Transparency, patience and overall great customer service for someone who needed to start the refinance process all over again.   I really appreciate they took the time to explain everything, discuss different scenarios, was accessible via phone and email and got the job done. Having experienced the loan process many times in the past, my experience working with Chris Grant, Sr Mortgage Advisor with Sprint Funding, has been far and above my expectations.  The home loan Chris secured for me was complicated due to my financial structuring.  Amazingly he secured a loan to purchase my home.  He is the consummate professional, keeping all parties up to date with all that is taking place, returns calls promptly, and would answer any question at any time.  Our family has now done 5 home loans with Chris in the past 4 years. When processing loans for my children and grandchildren, Chris did not hesitant to work with the escrow companies to get the loans funded on time when twice the real estate agents dropped the ball.  On another loan he worked with our CPA to secure the proper self-employed tax documentation. They are a great bunch of people to work with. Everyone there that I dealt with are professionals at their jobs and know exactly what needs to be done to get you into the house of your dreams. Joe at Sprintfunding was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the first time I spoke with him on the phone to after our funding went through, he guided us every step of the way. He was very patient explaining the processes and ever provided us with different options. He went the the extra mile to make sure we were getting the best deal.
